Returns & Refund Policy - Zuffire

​At Zuffire, we focus on quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the delicate nature of artificial jewellery and to prevent "wear and return" losses, we follow a strict return policy.

​1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.

​2. Condition for Returns

To maintain hygiene and avoid business loss, returns are only accepted if:

​The jewellery is unused and unworn.

​It is in its original packaging (box/pouch) with all tags intact.

​There are no traces of perfume, sweat, makeup, or water damage.

​3. Damages during Shipping

If you receive a damaged product, you must send an unboxing video and clear photos to zuffire424@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

​4. Non-Returnable Items

​Personalized or Customized jewellery.

​Items purchased during Flash Sales or Clearance.

​5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility at the following address:

​6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
